At Sedgwicks Jewellery, we want you to cherish your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-made commissions are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at any authorized drop-off location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
